ASEAN Secretary-General Kao Kim Hourn has hailed the recently opened Pinglu Canal as a project of significant historical importance. He made the remarks during the 23rd China-ASEAN Expo in Nanning, calling on China and ASEAN to seize the opportunity to deepen economic cooperation.
