Russian attacks on Sloviansk and Kramatorsk community injure nine

Russian forces attacked Sloviansk with three FAB-250 aerial bombs on October 11, injuring seven civilians. Two more people were injured in a strike on the village of Yasnohirka in the Kramatorsk community.

As reported by Ukrinform, the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office said this on Telegram.

“On October 11, 2026, at 9:45, Russian occupation forces attacked Sloviansk with three FAB-250 bombs equipped with UMPK guidance kits. The strikes hit a densely populated residential area,” the statement said.

Seven civilian casualties have so far been reported: five women aged 28, 52, 53, 72 and 76, and two men aged 25 and 80. They sustained closed head injuries, concussions, cuts and bruises.

According to the regional prosecutor’s office, nine apartment buildings and a shop were partially destroyed or damaged in the areas hit.

The full extent of the damage from the Russian attack is still being determined.

The occupation forces also struck the village of Yasnohirka in the Kramatorsk community. A 55-year-old woman and a 60-year-old man were injured. They sustained blast injuries and shrapnel wounds.

Under the procedural supervision of the Sloviansk and Kramatorsk district prosecutor’s offices, pretrial investigations have been launched into alleged war crimes under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

As reported by Ukrinform, the mandatory evacuation zone for children has been expanded in the Donetsk region to include additional areas of Kramatorsk.
