Ukraine simplifies logging procedures for defense and fortification works in border regions

The Cabinet of Ministers has simplified logging procedures for defense and fortification purposes in border regions; from now on, defense forces will be able to quickly create natural barriers and clearings without delays caused by bureaucratic approvals.
