FFWEPZ The National Weather Service in El Paso Tx/Santa Teresa has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... South Central Otero County in south central New Mexico... North Central Hudspeth County in western Texas... * Until 145 AM MDT. * At 1049 PM MDT, Slow moving thunderstorms have been training across parts of the Otero Mesa from Hudspeth County. 1 to 1.50 inches of rain has fallen northwest of Dell City.
