Lowland flooding can be expected in portions of West Logan, with lowland flooding near Rockbridge. Chieftan Drive and Zeller road along the river are also flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 AM EDT Monday the stage was 11.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening.
