Note on Maintaining Activities at UFSM

The Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM) informs that, at this time, academic and administrative activities are maintained.
The institution, through its meteorologists and specialists in the field, continues to monitor weather conditions in the region. According to the Meteorology of UFSM, although there is still a forecast of isolated showers throughout today (with estimated volumes of approximately 10 to 15 mm), there is no indication of new severe events. For the rest of the week, the trend is for stabilization of the weather, with predominance of lower temperatures, without any foreseen risks for the development of activities on campus.
UFSM continues to evaluate with experts, and in the event of changes in meteorological bulletins that require this measure to be reviewed, the academic community and the media will be informed in a statement.
