A bill presented by Senator Astronaut Marcos Pontes (PL-SP) allows individuals and companies to deduct from their Income Tax donations and sponsorships for scientific and technological projects developed by students. The funds can finance teams, material purchases, laboratories, and participation in competitions.PL 5.117/2026It creates a policy aimed at encouraging technical and scientific training (Fotec).
