The Ceará State Court (TJCE) informs that access to various institutional systems and platforms is temporarily unavailable due to preventive security measures and technical interventions. The actions aim to protect institutional data and ensure greater stability, performance, and security of services.
Digital Hub
The Digital Hub is temporarily unavailable due to a preventive security measure, following recently disclosed vulnerabilities that have sparked a global wave of exploitation attempts. There is currently no set deadline for the restoration of access.
Juri Curió and Digital Transformation Portals
External access to the Juri Curió and Digital Transformation portals will be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled technical maintenance. The intervention seeks to enhance the infrastructure of the environments, contributing to the stability, performance, and security of services.
During maintenance, the portals will remain accessible via the TJCE internal network. After the completion of technical procedures, internet access will be restored.
Pergamum System
External consultation of the TJCE library collection, the Higher School of the Judiciary of the State of Ceará (Esmec), the Judiciary Nursery School, and the Clóvis Beviláqua Forum will also be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled technical maintenance on the Pergamum system.
During this period, the system will remain accessible through the internal network of the TJCE for authorized users. The internet query, performed through the addresshttps://pergamum.tjce.jus.br/, will be resumed after the completion of the technical procedures.
Educajus, SEER System and Protection on Measure
The platforms Educajus, SEER System and Protection on Measure are also among the services with temporary external access unavailable. The restoration will occur after the completion of the technical procedures and the necessary security checks.
As soon as external access is restored, the TJCE will communicate the resumption of services through its official channels.
In case of doubts or need for technical support, the Information Technology Service Help Center (CATI) is available by phone (85) 3366–2966, WhatsApp (85) 2180–5320, or through the CATINET Portal.
