According to the decision,Channels that receive technical or financial support from campaigns must be registered with the Electoral Court.

Spontaneous support or sharing of campaign materials cannot be characterized as a direct link to the campaign.
If the rules are not followed, the channels may be deactivated until regularization is provided.
On Tuesday (13), the President of the TSE, Kassio Nunes Marques,ordered the reactivation of the Lula Army channelafter Lula's campaignRegister the channel with the courtas per the minister's order.
The reactivation took place after conflicting decisions by Kassio and the TSE's General Corregidor Minister, Villas Bôas Cueva, who had previously authorized the channel.
