Duda Sampaio, a regular starter for the Brazilian national team, is one of the leaders of the multi-champion Corinthians. The 25-year-old midfielder, known for her passing and set-piece skills, has sometimes been the only dedicated midfielder in coach Emily Lima's scheme. In the Libertadores, where the team is in the semifinals, she has been the standout player, scoring four goals.

At Bahia, Raquel stood out for her offensive presence. The 26-year-old forward finished the Brazilian Championship as the top scorer of the Women of Steel, with eight goals, only three less than the Cruzeiro striker Marília, the competition's top scorer. Alongside goalkeeper Yanne, the midfielder is a reference for the excellent season Bahia is having, reaching the Brazilian Championship semifinals and still alive in the Brazilian Cup.

Robinha and Aline Milene are names that complete the São Paulo Brazilian champion. The first, 31, missed the start of the season recovering from a heel injury, but soon regained her starting position. Despite having a primarily defensive role, the midfielder also ventures forward. She scored one of the goals in the 3-1 victory over Flamengo in the first leg of the semifinals.

As for Aline, one year older, she controls the rhythm of the game for the Queens. The midfielder, who can play in the center or on the right side, played a crucial role in the final stretch of the Brasileirão. It was her assists that led to the goals of forward Isa, who sealed the 2-1 win in the first leg of the final, and of full-back Bia Menezes in the 1-1 draw in the return leg, which secured the national title.

Lastly, Djeni was the Flamengo's main player in the journey to the semifinals of the Brasileirão and the Copa do Brasil - the team is still in the running. Besides helping Ju Ferreira with defense, it is the 31-year-old midfielder who initiates the team's attacking plays. The captain participated directly in nine goals (scoring four and providing five assists) this season, even as a midfielder.

The Season's Selection for the TV Brasil Petrobras For Her Award also includes goalkeeper, right-back, defenders, and forwards. The other categories are: Fan's Craziest Player, Revelation Player, Best Coach, Best Player, Top Scorer, Most Beautiful Goal, Best Women's Football Department, and Football Against Feminicide. The latter highlights the club that best promoted actions against violence against women.
