Foreign weapons, military technology and fighters are fuelling Sudan’s devastating conflict, a United Nations investigator warned the Third Committee (Social, Humanitarian and Cultural) today, as human rights experts reported mass killings, executions and intensifying repression in Iran, alongside systematic violations against women and children in Afghanistan.
